A national platform holding identity documents has one job before every other: keeping them safe.
Civil ID protection
Civil ID numbers are never stored in readable form — only a salted one-way hash and the last four digits. Employers always see the number masked.
Encrypted documents
Vault files are encrypted at rest and in transit. Documents leave the vault only when you apply.
Expiring download links
Employer downloads are time-limited links that expire after 24 hours, generated per request and per team member.
Audit trail
Every download, authorisation and platform setting change is recorded in an append-only audit trail.

Built for Kuwaiti employers and residents: Civil ID, PIFSS certificates, governorates and commercial registration are first-class concepts.
Retention you can read
Applicant documents are kept only as long as the platform policy says and purged after account closure. Employer listings and applications are archived, never deleted, so both sides keep a record.
