  • One verified profile
  • Zero repeated uploads
  • Eligibility before applying
  • One-click applications

One profile. Every opportunity.

Wathifni replaces the repeated forms and uploads of every job application.

  1. Verified once, trusted everywhere

Wathifni verifies your identity documents so every participating employer receives a trusted, standardized application.

  2. No more guessing

See exactly which requirements you meet before applying. Green, red or amber — never a black box.

  3. Minutes, not afternoons

Your documents live in one encrypted vault with expiry reminders. Applying takes one click, not one more upload.

How it works

Four steps from registration to a confirmed application.

  1. One profile

Identity, education, career category and work history — entered once, verified once.

  2. One vault

CV, Civil ID, passport and certificates in encrypted storage with expiry tracking. Nothing is re-uploaded.

  3. Eligibility before applying

Every criterion is checked against your profile — met, not met, or needs information — before you ever submit.

  4. One-click submission

Eligible? Apply in a single action. The employer receives a standardized packet and you get a confirmation reference.

Eligibility before applying

Know where you stand before you apply.

Every vacancy's requirements are checked against your verified profile, one by one.

  • Met

Your profile shows this requirement. Nothing more to do.

  • Needs information

Something is missing or about to expire. Update your profile and the check follows.

  • Not met

You see it before you apply, not after a long wait for an answer.
